Provide phone and email support to educators and school administrators during the 2027 enrolment season. Assist with student enrolments, rollovers, invoicing queries, and platform issues; maintain accurate records and escalate complex cases. The role requires friendly communication, attention to detail, technology confidence, accurate data entry, and the ability to manage competing requests in a fully onsite, five-week temporary contract.
