Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners across Melbourne, building relationships, monitoring performance dashboards, reducing churn, onboarding and activating new partners, and identifying upsell and growth opportunities. The role combines frequent field visits with desk-based planning and analysis, requiring commercial judgment, data-informed interventions, and collaboration to improve partner retention, satisfaction, and revenue.

Develop and grow a Melbourne territory by prospecting restaurants, conducting walk-ins and cold calls, presenting EatClub’s platform, negotiating commercial agreements, closing venue partnerships, and onboarding new customers. The role requires managing a high-volume pipeline, maintaining CRM records, meeting daily activity targets, tracking sales metrics, and supporting new city launches while sharing market feedback with the broader team.
