Lead end-to-end product design from research through delivery, translating complex requirements into scalable, engaging experiences. Collaborate with Product and Engineering, conduct user testing, inform roadmap priorities, maintain design systems, present design decisions, participate in critiques, and mentor junior and mid-level designers. The role focuses on streaming and interactive entertainment products across digital, mobile, and TV environments.

Leads Easygo’s global and regional paid media partnerships, managing opportunity identification, publisher relationships, negotiations, contracts, budgets, integrated sponsorships, and performance measurement. Partners with sponsorship, country, and channel teams to align brand and acquisition objectives across markets. Oversees compliance, brand safety, direct inventory deals, SSP and PMP collaboration, and partnership reporting. Builds and develops a high-performing partnerships team while optimizing commercial returns and maintaining consistent brand positioning.

Develop and maintain scalable backend software through hands-on coding, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting. Lead technical discussions, independently deliver medium-sized projects, improve engineering processes, and contribute to company objectives. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders, communicate technical concepts, share best practices, and mentor junior engineers. The role focuses on Node.js, microservices, cloud services, CI/CD, subscriptions technology, TypeScript, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch, with opportunities for full-stack development.
