Finance Business Partner responsible for group budgeting, quarterly forecasting, integrated financial modeling, executive reporting, variance analysis, and commercial decision support. The role partners with business leaders on investments, pricing, market expansion, vendor negotiations, and profitability across multiple entities and jurisdictions. It also develops dashboards and reporting automation with Data and Analytics teams.

Partner with Innovation portfolio leaders to deliver budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, P&L reporting, margin analysis, and investment support. Build financial frameworks across entities, currencies, and jurisdictions; analyze pricing, costs, taxes, and profitability; and support revenue recognition and reconciliations. Collaborate with Data and Analytics on SQL and Databricks data while automating reporting and communicating recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Leads multiple software engineering squads building highly scalable crypto and fiat payment, wallet, and transaction-processing systems. Responsibilities include setting technical and strategic direction, mentoring engineers and tech leads, reviewing designs and code, supporting critical incidents, improving delivery practices, and ensuring reliability and operational excellence across large-scale production platforms.
