The role involves architecting high-performance software solutions, optimizing existing systems, and mentoring junior engineers while engaging in hands-on coding and collaboration.

Design, build, and operate scalable backend services and infrastructure for a high-throughput gaming platform. Own production systems end-to-end, implement distributed microservices, optimize cloud infrastructure with Kubernetes and Terraform, and contribute to data platforms (ClickHouse). Collaborate across backend, platform, DevOps, and data engineering to evolve architecture and scale globally.

Lead and support multiple engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality production systems. Mentor tech leads and engineers, set strategic engineering vision, participate in technical design and code reviews, handle incident escalations, and establish delivery excellence practices to align teams with organizational goals.
