The SAP BTP Integration Consultant will design, develop, and deliver integration solutions using the SAP BTP Integration Suite, collaborating with technical teams to implement scenarios across SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP systems.

The role involves leading SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations, providing functional leadership, and advising clients on best practices for HR solutions.

Manage and secure the Microsoft-centric infrastructure and Azure environment, lead cybersecurity uplift (vulnerability remediation, system hardening, Defender/Sentinel), automate processes with PowerShell, support Windows and SUSE servers, oversee networking and VPNs, deliver upgrades and documentation, and coach junior staff while supporting ISO 27001 and SOC 2 readiness.
