Provides desktop and helpdesk support, troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, printing, VoIP, user accounts, workstations, and IT assets. Also develops and maintains frontend and backend JavaScript applications, identifies and resolves bugs, supports production services, and contributes to testing, CI/CD, agile development, and process improvement. The role provides on-site support across Victorian locations and collaborates with technical and non-technical teams.

Provide expert legal advice and independently manage commercial litigation and dispute resolution across the Group, focusing on consumer law and product liability. Attend tribunals (VCAT), mediations, and conciliations; respond to regulatory inquiries; manage files and reporting; liaise with internal stakeholders, external counsel, insurers, and regulators; and support transactional and advisory work as needed.

Provides administrative and accounting support for wholesale automotive operations, including supplier invoices, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, vehicle registrations and documentation, stock reporting, timesheets, reimbursements, transport coordination, and general office administration. The role works with finance, site management, vehicle buying, and corporate teams while maintaining accurate vehicle and financial records.
