Coordinates end-to-end airfreight and seafreight export operations, including bookings, transport, documentation, customs, invoicing, shipment tracking, and reporting. Liaises with customers, carriers, transport providers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to meet deadlines and KPIs. Maintains accurate shipment data, resolves delays, supports compliance, delivers customer service, and contributes to continuous operational improvement.

Lead civil and operating technology infrastructure projects across Melbourne container terminals and parks. Own project scope, documentation, schedules, dependencies, risks, budgets, stakeholder alignment, reporting, and sign-offs. Partner with developers, technology teams, operations, and contractors to deliver software and hardware implementations. Analyze data, map processes, define business and technical requirements, manage competing priorities, and ensure projects meet milestones and methodology standards.

Prepare tax and audit schedules, deferred tax calculations, statutory reports, reconciliations, and disclosures. Manage Australian tax compliance, including GST, FBT, PAYG, fuel excise, corporate tax returns, and transfer pricing documentation. Support month-end and year-end close, budgeting, forecasting, governance, controls, and audits. Improve processes, meet reporting deadlines, and guide junior team members while collaborating with finance teams, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders.
