Support pricing, commercial analysis and reporting for contract logistics. Develop and maintain pricing models, prepare tender responses, analyse profitability and performance, manage pricing records and lead annual pricing reviews. Provide commercial guidance to stakeholders to identify cost savings and revenue growth opportunities.

Assist with loading/unloading and moving cargo at DP World Melbourne Terminal. Perform manual lashing, operate straddle carriers, stack/store containers, and receive/deliver cargo. Work shift patterns, undergo medical/drug screening, and obtain MSIC.

Develop and deliver frontline technical training for Container Parks, translate corporate learning frameworks to site-based programs, uplift trainer capability, partner with SMEs and site leaders to close capability gaps, maintain compliant training records, support audits and reporting, and analyse training data to drive continuous improvement.
