Leads commercial construction projects from award through handover, managing programme, budget, safety, quality, procurement, subcontractors, consultants, compliance, risks, documentation, commissioning, defects and client relationships. Oversees site operations with the Site Manager, monitors progress and costs, manages variations and claims, maintains project records, and mentors project team members.

Supports construction project delivery by coordinating design, procurement, programming, site activities, subcontractors, documentation, inspections, compliance, and reporting. The role monitors milestones, tracks resources and lead times, manages RFIs and technical documentation, supports quality and safety requirements, and escalates project risks. It requires strong organisation, construction knowledge, stakeholder communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, site-based environment.
