The role coordinates Site Managers and project teams, monitors performance and compliance, reviews claims and variations, manages project records, and mentors project personnel while ensuring safe, timely, cost-effective delivery.

Leads and coordinates daily construction, maintenance, alteration, and repair activities on site. Provides hands-on support across general building tasks, manages labour, materials, tools, equipment, deliveries, and housekeeping, and ensures compliance with safety procedures and PPE requirements. Interprets plans and specifications, monitors productivity and work quality, assists tradespeople and operators, communicates with management, mentors team members, and helps resolve site issues.

Support commercial and contractual delivery for construction projects through procurement, subcontract administration, variations and claims management, cost tracking and reporting, preparing tender documentation, maintaining commercial registers, and liaising with project stakeholders to manage contractual risks and project records.

Lead procurement and contract administration for the Darwin Civic Centre project. Manage full contract lifecycle, negotiate and administer head and subcontracts, control costs, mitigate commercial risks, resolve disputes, oversee procurement and subcontractor activities, and report on commercial performance while liaising with project teams and stakeholders.

Lead residential subdivision projects from feasibility through construction and final delivery. Manage feasibilities, budgets, cashflow forecasting, DAs and approvals, contract administration, multidisciplinary consultants and contractors, risk mitigation, value engineering, stakeholder engagement, and project reporting to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Lead group financial reporting, controls, compliance and treasury for a multi-entity construction and development group. Oversee month-end/year-end close, statutory reporting, audits, cashflow, budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement while managing and developing the central finance team and partnering with business unit finance leads.

Manage contract administration, procurement, and cost control for construction projects. Oversee subcontract packages, progress claims, variations, and head contract claims.
