Serve as a senior technical pre-sales architect for Databricks in Melbourne. Partner with Account Executives to develop engagement strategies, lead complex proofs-of-concept, influence stakeholders including C-level, coach junior architects, produce customer-facing technical collateral, and drive adoption of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform across cloud and third-party ecosystems.

Lead a regional team of Lakebase Sales Specialists to grow Databricks Lakebase revenue by driving pipeline, executing developer/platform sales motions, coaching specialists, engaging executives, and partnering with Product and GTM to scale adoption and modernize operational workloads.

The AI Engineer will develop GenAI applications, oversee production rollouts, advise customers, present at conferences, and collaborate on product roadmaps.
