Manage technical customer success for cybersecurity platforms by driving adoption, value realization, security operations integration, risk mitigation, customer health, renewal readiness, and expansion. Build relationships with security and IT stakeholders, develop success plans, identify use cases and adoption gaps, resolve technical blockers, provide health insights, and advocate for customer needs internally.

The Account Executive will acquire new business, meet quarterly revenue targets, prospect and qualify leads, present AI-driven cybersecurity solutions, and close complex B2B software deals. The role involves building relationships with information security experts and C-level executives while collaborating with marketing, inside sales, channel teams, technical account managers, subject matter experts, and cyber threat analysts to deliver proofs of value.
