Supports the development, enhancement, configuration, testing, and implementation of business systems. The role elicits and documents business and technical requirements, develops process maps and functional specifications, performs impact analysis, configures workflows and business rules, supports UAT and defect triage, and coordinates with stakeholders, vendors, platform specialists, and delivery teams to implement system improvements.
