Handle inbound calls and emails (60–70 interactions daily), log requests, resolve queries, meet KPIs, deliver excellent customer satisfaction, and help improve internal processes.

Provide analytical support for industrial capital markets transactions: build financial models (DCF, sensitivity), prepare investor marketing materials, analyze market trends and comparables, support due diligence and transaction execution, maintain databases, and collaborate with brokerage, research, valuations and marketing teams.

Perform business process analysis, gather and document requirements, create functional specifications, model processes, estimate costs and benefits, support implementation and testing, and assist change management, training and end-user support while liaising between business and IT.
