Provides day-to-day assistance to valuation professionals while developing property valuation, analytical, and reporting skills alongside university studies.

Provides administrative, financial, and project coordination support for property and construction projects. Responsibilities include revenue forecasting, purchase orders, invoicing, budgeting, financial records, reporting, proposals, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and project close-out. The role also supports project managers, guides new team members on business processes, and maintains document quality and operational standards.

Support strategic consulting projects involving real estate and infrastructure advisory, feasibility studies, financial modeling, business cases, market research, and quantitative and qualitative analysis. Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and client deliverables while collaborating across multiple projects. The role is designed to develop consulting, analytical, financial modeling, and advisory skills.
