Lead and support workplace operations to deliver excellent customer service, manage concierge/front-of-house and facility presentation, coach and develop staff, oversee rostering and contractor/vendor coordination, support events and VIP engagements, manage mailroom and daily readiness, and drive continuous improvement in workplace systems and processes.

Lead national governance, reporting and performance for a healthcare facilities account, ensuring contractual compliance, KPI regimes, audit schedules and accurate executive reporting. Coordinate with multisite FM teams to identify risks, drive improvements, support budgets and deliver consistent performance insights, dashboards and assurance processes.

Handle inbound calls and emails (60–70 interactions daily), log requests, resolve queries, meet KPIs, deliver excellent customer satisfaction, and help improve internal processes.
