Support the Procurement & Supply Chain Manager with tender preparation, supplier engagement, contract administration, procurement recordkeeping, contractor performance management, transition activities, stakeholder communications, and adherence to corporate governance, compliance and HSE policies across a national government facilities management contract.

Support day-to-day operations and maintenance of assigned facilities, ensuring janitorial, engineering, life-safety, and site services meet client and company standards. Assist Facility Manager with contract and vendor management, budgeting, compliance, work orders, reporting, inspections, and customer engagement, while maintaining safety, documentation, and operational efficiency.

Provide first-line customer support via calls and emails (60-70 interactions/day), log requests, resolve queries, meet KPIs, improve processes, and contribute to team targets with excellent customer service.
