Partner with strategic customers in Sydney to deploy Grok Bot and Grok Build into production workflows. Responsibilities include AI-native software development adoption, workflow redesign, enterprise integrations, architecture reviews, security and governance frameworks, developer enablement, agent prototyping, adoption strategy, and measuring business outcomes. The role collaborates with deployment managers, sales, product, and engineering teams while advising technical and executive stakeholders.

Drive enterprise adoption of Grok by building executive relationships, guiding AI implementation and enablement, monitoring usage and account health, supporting renewals and expansion, and representing customer needs internally. Partner with Sales and Field Engineering to deliver post-sale outcomes, influence product roadmap priorities, and demonstrate measurable business value to engineering organizations.

Own strategic enterprise accounts across Victoria and Australia, driving new customer acquisition and expansion revenue for Cursor. Manage full-cycle B2B sales, including prospecting, discovery, evaluations, negotiations, security reviews, procurement, and closing. Build account strategies, engage engineering leaders and CTOs, create pipeline, collaborate with Sales Engineering and Customer Success, and establish repeatable enterprise sales motions in the region.
