Lead SAP S/4HANA data migration activities: profile legacy and SAP data, define source-to-target mappings, build and execute migration datasets, drive cleansing and remediation, support ETL and reconciliation, manage migration cycles and cutover activities, and partner with stakeholders to ensure data quality and successful go-live.

Learn diagnosis and repair of Cummins engines under supervision. Complete Certificate III via TAFE/RTO, on-the-job training, and product training. Rotate through departments and regional sites, follow safety procedures, and develop technical skills while working in teams.

Lead product vision and roadmap for a complex product, manage end-to-end lifecycle, prioritize backlog, drive releases and UAT, define KPIs and financial accountability, collaborate with engineering, InfoSec, legal, and stakeholders, and manage and develop the product team.
