Lead and support complex global commercial and product legal matters for a fast-moving SaaS company, including enterprise and vendor contracts, M&A, product integrations, data governance and AI. Mentor and develop the legal team, partner cross-functionally with Sales, Security and Marketing, and translate legal risk into clear commercial guidance for senior stakeholders.

Manage end-to-end payroll for Australia and New Zealand, run interim UK payroll, lead UK payroll migration project, and own post-migration integrations, APIs, data flows, reconciliations, audits, automation, and cross-functional payroll issue resolution.
