Lead end-to-end immunology R&D programs from early discovery to first-in-human readiness. Own strategy, timelines, go/no-go decisions, data-driven packages, cross-functional alignment, risk mitigation, external partnerships, and contribute to therapeutic area strategy to progress biologics candidates into IND-enabling stages.

Support executive and global compensation programs through data analysis, reporting, and financial modelling. Assist annual salary reviews, incentive awards, and external remuneration disclosures. Perform HRIS data audits, partner with payroll/finance/tax/secretariat, and deliver insights via dashboards. Contribute to process and system improvements and manage project-based compensation initiatives across stakeholders.

Partner with site leaders at the Broadmeadows manufacturing site to drive high performance and engagement, lead workforce planning, talent and succession, leadership development, performance reviews, union and grievance matters, and guide a positive site transformation using data-driven HR insights.
