As an Operational Engineer II at CSG, you will engage in production environments utilizing DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code tools. You will support architecture design, implement CI/CD pipelines, handle Level 3 support escalations, and work on containerized workloads across AWS and Azure. Direct interaction with customers for requirement gathering is also expected.
