Lead and safeguard interior design excellence across major developments and refurbishments. Manage aesthetic outcomes from concept to completion, review documentation and samples, specify FF&E and bespoke elements, partner with project managers on scope, cost and delivery, QA finished works, and engage senior stakeholders, consultants, builders and suppliers to ensure world‑class, durable and commercially viable interior outcomes.

Supervise daily spa and leisure operations, lead and coach staff, ensure exceptional guest service, manage rostering and stock, support sales targets, handle guest feedback, and maintain health, safety, and brand standards.
