Manage large, diverse teams; oversee daily operations, budgets, service standards, training, and performance development; ensure exceptional VIP guest experiences; provide strategic direction across service departments; and collaborate with senior leaders to drive operational excellence and service innovation.

Manage end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns across Crown Resorts properties in Melbourne, Sydney, and Perth. Coordinate Property Marketing, Creative Services, media agencies, Finance, and Legal; oversee campaign timelines, briefs, approvals, media planning and buying, budgets, performance optimisation, reporting, and post-campaign reviews. The role requires strong stakeholder management, organisation, media expertise, and campaign governance skills within a matrixed organisation.
