Build trusted partner relationships, promote CrowdStrike’s cloud-native security platform, improve partner technical independence, support joint sales initiatives, and identify professional services opportunities. The role requires security architecture knowledge, strong communication, consulting or sales engineering capability, AI technology experience, and travel to partner locations.

Manage CrowdStrike’s Professional Services subcontractor ecosystem, including partner evaluation, onboarding, enablement, contracts, delivery standards, performance metrics, service offerings, documentation, and staffing support. The role oversees partner operations, capacity, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and services catalog management while collaborating cross-functionally and applying AI tools to improve workflows and outcomes.

Leads reactive and proactive incident response engagements across the Asia Pacific and Japan region. Performs advanced host and network forensics across Windows, macOS, and Linux; advises customers during security incidents; develops remediation plans; produces reports and presentations; communicates with technical and executive audiences; mentors junior consultants; and contributes cybersecurity thought leadership through public content and speaking.
