The Database Reliability Engineer III will manage and automate database systems, troubleshoot production issues, and support engineering teams with infrastructure services.

Manage regional training coordinators and trainers to deliver consistent onboarding and training for Falcon Complete analysts. Oversee training progression, maintain and update curriculum, provide regional system and real-time training support, partner with Curriculum Developers, monitor training metrics to identify gaps, and support documentation, JIRA tickets, and hands-on facilitation as needed.

Lead and develop a team of sales engineers for CrowdStrike's Next-Gen SIEM, LogScale, Fusion SOAR, Onum, and Charlotte AI. Own technical customer relationships through the sales cycle, demonstrate solutions, define GTM strategy, coach SEs, and provide product feedback to drive platform expansion and adoption.
