Manage CrowdStrike’s Professional Services subcontractor ecosystem, including partner evaluation, onboarding, enablement, contracts, delivery standards, performance metrics, service offerings, documentation, and staffing support. The role oversees partner operations, capacity, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and services catalog management while collaborating cross-functionally and applying AI tools to improve workflows and outcomes.

Leads reactive and proactive incident response engagements across the Asia Pacific and Japan region. Performs advanced host and network forensics across Windows, macOS, and Linux; advises customers during security incidents; develops remediation plans; produces reports and presentations; communicates with technical and executive audiences; mentors junior consultants; and contributes cybersecurity thought leadership through public content and speaking.

Detect, contain, and remediate security incidents across Windows, Mac, and Linux; perform basic malware analysis and forensic/network log analysis; develop detection and remediation processes; produce written/verbal reports for customers; lead internal programs and present industry thought leadership.
