Manage a portfolio of Collect customers in Victoria to drive net revenue retention through renewals, upsell, onboarding, adoption and relationship management. Own onboarding, training, contract renewals and pricing discussions, maintain CRM hygiene, resolve issues, and identify expansion opportunities while monitoring market trends to position CreditorWatch as a strategic partner.

This role involves the entire 360 sales cycle including prospecting, booking meetings, closing deals, and onboarding clients in the B2B tech sector.

Own and grow a portfolio of large, complex Key Accounts ($250M+): drive retention, expansions and renewals; manage pipeline, forecasts and commercial negotiations; build executive relationships; collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, Legal and Customer Success to deliver strategic, data-driven outcomes.
