Lead store operational performance and team engagement alongside the Store Manager: manage rostering and wages, identify commercial and operational improvements, drive team development and targets, deliver visual merchandising and loss-prevention standards, and champion the Cotton On Group Foundation. Maximum term through April 2027 with potential for permanent placement.

Lead global eCommerce strategy and a high-performing team to deliver commercial growth and a best-in-class online customer experience. Own site UX, content, merchandising, customer journeys, analytics, budgeting and cross-functional delivery to bring the Typo brand to life online and achieve revenue targets.
