Manage Australian SaaS customer accounts throughout onboarding, adoption, renewal, retention, and expansion. Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, monitor customer health and product usage, develop advocacy initiatives, maintain CRM records, communicate customer insights internally, and support account planning. Interstate travel is required occasionally for client meetings, events, and conferences.
