The Implementation Specialist will support clients by implementing Connecteam features, integrating platforms, migrating data, and ensuring an effective onboarding process while collaborating with customer service and R&D teams.

Post-sale role that proactively contacts new paying customers via phone, email, and text to schedule onboarding, manage pipeline in HubSpot, tailor outreach, handle basic questions/objections, and ensure smooth handoffs to the onboarding team to drive customer engagement and long-term success.

The role involves onboarding clients, providing customer service, managing tasks, and collaborating with teams to enhance customer experience.
