The Implementation Specialist will support clients by implementing Connecteam features, integrating platforms, migrating data, and ensuring an effective onboarding process while collaborating with customer service and R&D teams.

Post-sale role that proactively contacts new paying customers via phone, email, and text to schedule onboarding, manage pipeline in HubSpot, tailor outreach, handle basic questions/objections, and ensure smooth handoffs to the onboarding team to drive customer engagement and long-term success.

The role involves onboarding clients, providing customer service, managing tasks, and collaborating with teams to enhance customer experience.

The Account Manager is responsible for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers, managing their own sales pipeline, collaborating with SDR and CSM teams, and analyzing customer data to identify expansion opportunities. They should have strong relationship skills and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
