Provide expert employee relations advice across complex, global operations: manage high-risk ER cases and investigations, advise on Fair Work Act and Modern Awards, support restructures and WorkCover matters, coach leaders, partner with Legal, deliver training, and contribute to policy and process improvements.

Analyze international securities-market and regulatory developments across Asia Pacific, assess their effects on business operations, strategy, clients, and capital markets, and develop response strategies. Identify commercial opportunities and risks, advise senior stakeholders, present complex issues, and represent Computershare in industry discussions and negotiations to influence regulatory and market outcomes.
