Design, develop, test, deploy, support, and improve enterprise-scale .NET applications. Participate in L3 on-call support, troubleshoot production incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve complex technical challenges. Contribute to engineering standards and continuous improvement while collaborating with stakeholders and mentoring junior developers in an Agile and DevOps environment.

Provides customer support for a utilities team through phone, email, and webchat. Responsibilities include resolving enquiries, following established processes, identifying customers requiring additional support, serving internal and external stakeholders, participating in team knowledge sharing, and contributing to productivity, quality, and service improvements.

Design, develop, and deliver e-learning, workshops, classroom training, and blended learning programs. Facilitate induction and upskilling, partner with stakeholders to identify capability needs, evaluate learning effectiveness using feedback and performance data, support quality improvement initiatives, manage learning projects, and maintain training records.
