Own end-to-end recruitment across all business functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and closing. Administer the Workable ATS, build proactive talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, improve candidate experience, manage employer branding, report recruitment metrics, coordinate workforce planning, and oversee agency relationships. The role is Compass Education’s first dedicated talent acquisition position and operates in a hybrid Melbourne setting.

Identify and evaluate product opportunities across Compass’s school management platform. Conduct customer discovery, assess commercial viability, build business cases, and create prototypes using Figma and AI-assisted design tools. Present recommendations to executives, hand concepts to product teams, and advise during early development. The role combines product strategy, design judgment, financial modeling, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Monitor and evaluate customer and agent interactions across calls, emails, and chats. Maintain QA standards, scorecards, and calibration processes; analyze CSAT, FCR, AHT, compliance, and performance trends; manage complaint workflows and surveys; provide coaching feedback; identify training needs; produce reports; and partner with support, product, development, and training teams to improve service quality and mitigate risks.

Own end-to-end manual and automated testing for a school timetabling platform, including ticket validation, regression testing, release sign-off, and risk identification. Contribute to feature and bug delivery across the technology stack while using AI tools to accelerate development and testing. The role offers growth into full-stack engineering, with exposure to Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, frontend development, and CI/CD practices.

Own customer success for a portfolio of schools, leading implementations, training, product adoption, renewal conversations, and strategic partnerships. Build relationships with school leaders, use adoption data to identify risks and opportunities, support retention and growth, handle escalations, and represent customer needs internally. The role requires strong communication, prioritization, organization, commercial awareness, education-sector understanding, and practical AI fluency.

Own and build Compass’s compliance function across information security, data privacy, payments, enterprise risk, governance, and multi-jurisdictional regulatory obligations in Australia, the UK, and Ireland. Lead ISO 27001 certification and ISMS maintenance, audits, risk assessments, policy development, compliance monitoring, third-party oversight, regulatory engagement, training, and automation in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Design and deliver sales enablement programs, create and maintain sales collateral (playbooks, decks, talk tracks), run onboarding and training, partner cross-functionally for product launches, measure enablement impact, and continuously improve resources to accelerate ramp and win rates for Sales, SDR and Customer Success teams.

Lead strategic, high-touch consulting for Compass's top private school clients: manage complex implementations, drive product adoption, deliver tailored training, mentor CSMs, influence product with client feedback, and use AI tools to synthesise insights.
