Lead technical direction and architecture for payments platforms, design and build secure, scalable cloud-native and event-driven systems, champion DevSecOps and observability, mentor engineers, and partner with Product, Security and Operations to deliver mission-critical payments capabilities and AI-enabled engineering improvements.

Provide technical eCommerce product support to business banking customers and frontline teams, troubleshoot payment gateway and API issues, manage high-volume inquiries across channels, perform risk controls and incident remediation, escalate complex issues to owners, and participate in rostering and on-call duties.

Lead and deliver technology and cyber security audits across complex environments, assess governance and controls, identify material and emerging risks, communicate findings to senior stakeholders, and support remediation for sustainable risk reduction.
