Drive platform strategy, SRE/DevSecOps practices, cloud migration (AWS/Azure), CI/CD, observability, automation and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Data, AI and Security to improve resilience, operational readiness and information intelligence capabilities.

Design, build and deploy data science, ML and Generative AI solutions for workforce challenges. Analyse large people datasets, perform feature engineering, model development, validation and productionisation. Collaborate with HR and engineering teams, ensure responsible and privacy-aware AI practices, create dashboards and reports, and mentor junior colleagues.

Lead people analytics initiatives using data science, ML and Generative AI to solve workforce problems. Design, build and deploy explainable, scalable AI/ML solutions; analyze large HR datasets; embed responsible AI and privacy practices; translate results into executive insights and dashboards; collaborate with engineering, MLOps and governance teams and mentor colleagues.
