Lead the evolution of CommSee 2.0, a strategic frontline servicing platform used across Commonwealth Bank. Own product roadmap delivery, independently lead discovery, analyse servicing journeys and workflows, translate complex business and regulatory needs into product outcomes, and partner with engineering, design, operations, risk and business stakeholders. Facilitate alignment, define success measures, manage dependencies, support rollout and adoption, and use data and feedback to prioritise continuous improvement.

12–24 month rotational graduate program offering immersive onboarding, mentorship, leadership and technical development, and rotations across Technology, Data Science & AI, and Product Management. Graduates contribute to customer outcomes, build cross-business relationships, and attend groupwide learning while supported by buddies and program managers.

Design, build and optimise cloud-native, enterprise-scale data platforms and pipelines using Snowflake and AWS. Deliver trusted analytics-ready datasets, improve performance/resilience, drive automation and engineering best practices, support production systems, and mentor colleagues to enable analytics, AI, fraud detection and customer intelligence.
