Take inbound calls to assess customers' lending needs, recommend personal lending solutions, resolve enquiries and complaints, meet call-centre metrics, cross-sell products, perform account maintenance, follow risk and compliance obligations, and complete mandatory training and regular office hub days.

Support client relationship management and transaction execution for institutional clients across wealth, funds management, superannuation and insurance. Assist origination through market analysis, prepare financial analysis, credit submissions and transaction documentation, coordinate internal teams for deal execution and approvals, manage credit/operational/reputational risks, and contribute to client presentations and pitch materials.
