Manage end-to-end line‑1 risk and compliance activities for Superannuation & Investments: triage and manage Risk Matters, support control creation and testing, facilitate risk meetings, drive remediation and data quality, support audits, obligations management and stakeholder engagement to maintain regulatory and policy compliance.

Manage end-to-end deceased estate and death benefit claims across superannuation, pension, investment and cash products. Process notifications, assess legal documentation, communicate with beneficiaries and stakeholders, ensure compliance with SIS legislation and trust deeds, resolve enquiries and escalations, process payments and closures, and contribute to reporting, risk, quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Manage end-to-end production and compliance of disclosure documents (PDS and related forms) for superannuation and investment products. Liaise with stakeholders (Legal, SMEs, product and project teams), apply regulatory changes, maintain accurate materials, improve PDS processes, handle compliance breaches, and advise the business on disclosure matters.
