Supports investment operations across client onboarding, non-custody transactions, corporate actions, reconciliations, valuations, adviser fees, and operational enquiries. Coordinates documentation and issue resolution with advisers, investment providers, internal teams, and external service providers. Maintains accurate records, controls, procedures, and training materials while contributing to operational change implementation. Requires investment product knowledge, analytical ability, attention to detail, communication skills, prioritization, and Microsoft Excel proficiency.

Supports third-party cyber assurance across supplier onboarding, oversight, material changes, and renewals. Reviews supplier evidence, questionnaires, controls, certifications, and audit findings to identify risks and gaps; develops risk-based recommendations; monitors supplier security posture; prepares governance reporting; and maintains audit-ready records. Partners with stakeholders on remediation and improves assurance processes, templates, and tools while using approved AI technologies to enhance assessment and reporting efficiency.

Supports cyber awareness, education, phishing simulations, role-based training, communications, and engagement programs. Coordinates stakeholders, maintains training and participation records, analyzes behavioral and risk data, administers awareness platforms, prepares reporting, and identifies program improvements. Translates technical cyber risks into practical guidance for employees and leaders while using approved technology and AI tools to support content, analysis, and reporting.
