Own and evolve the company-wide Quality Engineering strategy, standards, automation architecture, tooling, quality metrics, and release controls. Assess maturity across engineering domains, drive risk-based testing and shift-left practices, lead critical investigations, and guide QA Technical Leads. The role remains hands-on through code, prototypes, architecture reviews, and pilots involving UI and backend automation, CI/CD, cloud-native environments, observability, and emerging technologies including AI.

Lead the transformation of Technology Operations across Platform/DevOps, Corporate IT, and Operational Excellence. Define the target operating model, develop leaders, advance Platform Engineering and self-service, improve incident and change management, and strengthen reliability, resilience, risk management, and regulatory readiness. The role owns operational metrics, business continuity, disaster recovery, vendors, budgets, and cross-functional executive partnerships while scaling technology operations for production-critical financial infrastructure.
