Teams at CNX

Design, build, and deploy AWS-based solutions—particularly Amazon Connect CX platforms—develop Lambda integrations and CloudFormation, create data pipelines and QuickSight dashboards, troubleshoot incidents, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver secure, well-architected cloud applications.

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for CCaaS platforms (Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud), manage IVR and routing, monitor systems, triage incidents, escalate complex issues, document solutions, suggest improvements, collaborate with technical teams, and train end users.

Design, build, and deploy AWS-based solutions (including Amazon Connect CX platforms). Implement integrations, CloudFormation templates, Lambda functions, data pipelines (Glue, Athena), and QuickSight dashboards. Participate across SDLC, troubleshoot incidents, and train teams to ensure secure, well-architected cloud deployments and CX visibility.
