Own territory growth across Australia’s digital native and startup segment by winning new customers and expanding existing accounts. Manage the full technology sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through technical validation, negotiation, and close. Build relationships with founders, executives, engineering, infrastructure, and security leaders. Develop territory plans, maintain pipeline discipline, forecast accurately, leverage ecosystem partners, and support onboarding, adoption, and renewal activities.

Own the technical customer relationship from discovery through adoption, renewal, and expansion. Lead technical discovery, solution architecture, demonstrations, proofs of concept, onboarding, QBRs, and executive advisory across Cloudflare’s security, networking, and developer platforms. Carry a revenue-aligned quota, support cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and translate platform capabilities into business outcomes. Use AI agents and automation to streamline RFP responses, sandbox provisioning, and telemetry monitoring.

Lead strategic engagement for a portfolio of Adelaide enterprise accounts and SA Government, driving adoption of Cloudflare platform across Security, Performance, Zero Trust, SASE and AI infrastructure. Build executive relationships, develop multi-year account plans, collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams, and ensure deployment, value realization, expansion, and accurate forecasting.
