Drive account growth, renewals, and value realization; lead governance forums and business reviews; translate customer needs into actionable plans with product, delivery, and support teams; use data and metrics to improve customer outcomes and manage complex portfolios.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for a complex GovTech portfolio, aligning product delivery with customer needs, commercial outcomes, and engineering/delivery teams. Build and mentor a high-performing product team, drive continuous improvement, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure delivery against contracts and SLAs within an Agile and ITIL-aligned environment.
