Provides specialist employee relations support across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. Independently manages complex cases, workplace investigations, disciplinary matters, grievances, performance issues, and external claims. Advises leaders, coaches managers, develops compliant policies, supports restructures and consultation processes, and maintains constructive union relationships. Monitors employment legislation, applies industrial instruments, supports employee benefits and experience initiatives, and contributes to consistent people practices across the APAC region.

Deliver software implementation, consulting, training, troubleshooting, and support services for Civica Altitude across local government customers in Australia and New Zealand. Analyze council processes, redesign workflows, resolve escalated issues, document solutions, and provide expert guidance on rates administration, debt recovery, customer enquiries, financial administration, legislation, and compliance. Collaborate with internal teams, meet project targets, support product improvements, and build strong customer relationships.

Generate new business for Civica by finding opportunities, building senior-level relationships, qualifying pipeline, progressing deals, and working cross-functionally to win public sector software contracts.
