Responsibilities include stakeholder management, project planning, RAID management, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, risk mitigation, governance, workshops, steering committees, and status meetings across multiple concurrent projects.

Lead Engineering Managers and multiple software engineering teams, shaping technology strategy, roadmaps, engineering practices, and delivery outcomes. Partner with Product and senior stakeholders to balance customer needs, quality, technical debt, cloud costs, and sustainability. Champion continuous delivery, automated testing, security, observability, AI adoption, and automation while measuring engineering improvements through outcome-focused metrics in a Microsoft-focused technology environment.

Lead transformation of APAC LiveOps into a modern SRE and CloudOps capability. Define operating model, improve reliability, observability, incident response, automation and infrastructure as code. Partner with Product, Platform, Security and regional teams to reduce downtime, increase resilience and embed SRE practices across the region while building and coaching high-performing teams.
