Teams at Cisco

Lead a team of CX Managers and Program Managers to drive software and services adoption, own P&L and revenue for a customer segment, mitigate renewal risk, align cross-functional teams, influence executives, and deliver measurable customer outcomes and financial KPIs.

Partner with sales to structure, draft, and negotiate strategic deals. Advise on Cisco and Splunk buying programs, manage custom agreements end-to-end, coordinate internal stakeholders, and provide training and enablement on deal structure and pricing.

Lead Cisco's strategic partnership with Telstra, define and execute multi-year account plans, direct a cross-functional sales team, drive full portfolio sales (product, software, services), build executive relationships, architect and close large strategic deals, and deliver sustained pipeline, forecasts, and revenue growth.
