Own post-sales relationships with enterprise customers across APJ, leading onboarding, implementation, adoption, training, account management, renewals, and issue resolution. Partner with Sales, Engineering, Product, Solutions Architects, and Support to deliver customer outcomes, advocate for customer needs, reduce churn, and drive expansion. The role requires technical cybersecurity knowledge, strategic autonomy, strong stakeholder management, and an active NV1 clearance with eligibility for NV2.

Leads and mentors a BDR team responsible for outbound pipeline generation. Responsibilities include hiring and onboarding, coaching, KPI tracking, forecasting, funnel management, and improving prospecting, qualification, messaging, and BDR-to-AE handoffs. The role collaborates closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Demand Generation, and Recruiting to optimize conversion rates and achieve pipeline targets across the APJ region.
