Provides advanced technical support for hardware, software, networks, applications, and end users. Resolves complex incidents, administers Windows infrastructure, Active Directory, Entra ID, networking, file services, endpoints, and Microsoft 365 environments. The role is fully onsite and requires Australian citizenship with eligibility to obtain an NV1 Security Clearance.

Leads CDC’s site acquisition strategy across Australia and New Zealand, building a sustainable development pipeline. Responsibilities include identifying and assessing sites, managing feasibility and due diligence, negotiating with landowners and advisors, evaluating power and infrastructure requirements, preparing investment business cases, and transitioning acquired sites to development teams. The role requires significant experience in site acquisition, property or infrastructure development, strong commercial judgment, stakeholder influence, and Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain NV1 clearance.

Lead strategic procurement for large-scale data centre developments across Australia and New Zealand. Manage category specialists, develop procurement strategies, oversee sourcing, tendering, evaluation and negotiations, and establish governance and performance frameworks. Partner with engineering, delivery, finance, legal and commercial teams to align procurement with project schedules and budgets. Drive supplier performance, capacity planning, risk management and commercial recommendations while developing high-value supplier relationships and a high-performing team.
