Responsibilities include developing procurement strategies, managing tenders and contract negotiations, leading supplier and contractor relationships, securing supply chain capacity, mitigating commercial risks, and managing a team of technical commercial specialists. The role partners closely with engineering, design, delivery, and commercial teams to achieve cost, quality, risk, schedule, and operational objectives.

Lead corporate finance and commercial analysis supporting data centre growth, capital allocation, investment decisions, and long-term value creation. Responsibilities include developing financial models and business cases for major projects, evaluating M&A and strategic opportunities, maintaining the corporate financial model, supporting commercial negotiations, and partnering with Treasury on funding, cash flow, capital expenditure, and debt-raising activities.

Provides advanced technical support for hardware, software, networks, applications, and end users. Resolves complex incidents, administers Windows infrastructure, Active Directory, Entra ID, networking, file services, endpoints, and Microsoft 365 environments. Manages ICT assets, supports projects and migrations, maintains documentation, and mentors junior team members. The role is fully onsite and requires Australian citizenship with eligibility to obtain an NV1 Security Clearance.
