It is an individual contributor role with informal mentoring responsibilities.

Own and evolve major areas of the data platform, ensuring reliability, quality, scalability, and cost efficiency. Lead Snowflake performance tuning, dbt model architecture, testing, and incremental strategies. Design fault-tolerant pipelines with strong observability and governance, resolve incidents, translate business needs into engineering solutions, and mentor team members. Evaluate AI tooling with attention to responsible use, reliability, privacy, and auditability.

Leads end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns and dealer customer communications for SaaS products and automotive marketplace programs.
