Provide Tier 1-3 virtual and physical end-user support for software, hardware, collaboration tools, and conference room tech. Resolve escalated issues, coordinate with internal/external resources, perform asset management, and install/upgrade PC components while following established procedures and working under direct supervision.

Provide Tier 1-3 virtual and on-site support for software, hardware, AV and collaboration tools. Manage incident tickets, onboarding/off-boarding, workstation imaging, vendor and asset management, change requests, and participate in project build and process improvement activities.

Serve as liaison between business and IT to add/support EDI trading partner setups, gather and translate requirements, manage ServiceNow tickets, work with external partners, research solutions, maintain SLAs and dashboards, and support EDI communications (AS2, SFTP) and document types (850/855/856/810/832).
