Lead end-to-end indirect category sourcing (especially IT software): develop supplier relationships, run competitive bids, negotiate contracts, manage contract compliance and supplier performance, use spend analytics and sourcing systems (e.g., Ariba) to identify cost savings and mitigate risk, and collaborate cross-functionally including legal.

Support revenue and pricing strategy through modeling, analytics, and econometrics. Assist in setting deal and product pricing, create standard offers, and capture value. Perform routine analytical tasks and process improvements under supervision, working on limited-scope projects and following established procedures.

Lead and develop a team of quality analysts to monitor and evaluate customer interactions using interaction analytics (speech, text, AQM). Build QA frameworks, deliver reports and insights, partner cross-functionally to drive performance improvements, coaching, and continuous improvement in a call center environment.
