This experience has been transformative. It provided a proven framework for addressing complex root causes and gave me the confidence to lead projects that connect high-tech execution with a truly human-centric strategy.

When I do my job, I know I’m assisting someone else’s business to run smoothly, gain rewards and feel protected from fraud.

One of the projects I’m proud of is helping to build a suite of anomaly detection and monitoring tools that help us identify suspicious or anomalous activity involving financial transactions.

My favorite success story is supporting my boss in pushing a platform initiative in data quality. Capital One works with millions of records of data from customers and credit bureaus. The platform we are developing will provide even more assurance that everyone’s information is accurate, complete and consistent. That means we can build amazing data-driven experiences for our customers.

So sad i had to leave Capital one but this is by far the best company I’ve ever worked for.
