Provide senior ICT infrastructure support to Victorian schools, including Windows and Linux server administration, virtualization, cloud services, networking, wireless systems, MDM, device fleet management, and SOE deployment. The role supports staff and students, maintains enterprise environments, collaborates with school leadership, delivers training, documents solutions, and troubleshoots complex technical issues independently and collaboratively.

Provides technical support and infrastructure administration for Department of Education schools. Responsibilities include managing Windows and Apple devices, virtualized and Windows/Linux servers, cloud services, mobile device management, enterprise networks, wireless systems, desktop deployments, SOE imaging, troubleshooting, documentation, and ICT professional development. Candidates must have at least one year of industry experience, preferably in education or equivalent enterprise environments, plus a driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Victorian schools, including networks, servers, virtualized environments, cloud services, mobile device management, wireless systems, and large desktop fleets. Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, documentation, and device deployment services. Collaborate with school leadership, support staff and students, deliver ICT training when needed, and work independently or within a team.
