Script and present on-camera content, support product launches, repurpose content across channels, coordinate reviews and publication, track performance, and use AI tools to improve production efficiency while maintaining accuracy.

Lead Bybit’s AML/CFT and financial crime compliance framework for its India digital asset payments business. Serve as designated Principal Officer/MLRO, oversee PMLA and FIU-IND compliance, manage STR/CTR reporting through FINnet, and maintain risk assessments, transaction monitoring, KYC/KYB, sanctions, and customer risk controls. Act as the primary liaison with FIU-IND and regulators, provide senior management reporting, and coordinate audits, inspections, reviews, and remediation.

Participate in smart contract audits for ERC token contracts, identifying security vulnerabilities and attack vectors. Develop AI and LLM-based tools to automate vulnerability detection and improve audit coverage. Analyze Web3 security incidents, including root causes, vulnerability types, and impacts, to optimize audit processes. The role requires Solidity proficiency, knowledge of EVM internals and ERC standards, and familiarity with Ethereum, BSC, DeFi, and L1/L2 architectures.

Leads the newly formed Trading Risk team and owns business risk operations, risk logic, monitoring, controls, and incident response across spot, derivatives, lending, and earn products. The role establishes risk frameworks, parameters, alert systems, and escalation protocols; partners with Product, Engineering, and Operations; oversees risk model development; and builds a high-performing risk organization.

Drive Bybit’s payments ecosystem expansion across MENA and emerging markets. Responsibilities include acquiring merchants and fintech partners, managing PSP and payment gateway relationships, executing the full business development cycle, developing regional go-to-market strategies, supporting cross-border payment integrations, analyzing markets and competitors, and representing Bybit at industry events. The role is commission-only and requires payments or fintech experience, international exposure, local market knowledge, and strong communication skills.
