Manage the roadmap, improvement, reporting and insights for safety and wellbeing digital systems across Australia and New Zealand. Act as Product Owner for key solutions, partnering with technology teams and vendors to deliver enhancements. Explore AI applications, strengthen data governance, lead technology-enabled projects and change, and support a digital systems specialist. The role requires strong safety, risk, regulatory, stakeholder engagement and communication expertise.

Leads governance, optimisation, and performance of Bunnings’ last-mile delivery platform across Australia and New Zealand. Responsibilities include configuring carrier networks, routing rules, service offerings, and rates; improving delivery accuracy, utilisation, cost, productivity, and customer experience; onboarding delivery partners; partnering with technology teams and vendors; and ensuring governance, compliance, risk management, and delivery safety.

Lead reward programs across Australia and New Zealand, including remuneration, benefits, recognition, governance, compliance, pay equity, and reporting. Provide specialist advice, build reward capability, enhance benefits programs, analyze reward data, and partner with People & Culture, Finance, Payroll, and business stakeholders. Use HR systems, AI, and reporting to drive continuous improvement and support attraction, retention, and engagement.
