Lead strategy, governance and evolution of Bunnings' Salesforce-based customer technology ecosystem (CRM, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Loyalty). Own platform roadmap, architecture, security, vendor relationships and an $18M technology budget. Partner with senior stakeholders across Customer, Marketing, Digital and Technology to prioritise investments, drive customer outcomes, and lead a 25-person engineering and delivery team to modernise and continuously improve the platform.
