The Customer Support Adviser conducts outbound calls to inform customers about parts and services, ensuring a seamless service experience while meeting sales targets.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for the Sunshine branch: answer and direct calls, process payables, create purchase orders, assist with accounts receivable and month-end reconciliations, order supplies, handle mail and filing, and support the Branch Manager and team.

The Customer Support Advisor will build customer relationships, provide service advice, exceed sales targets, and maintain accurate records while focusing on customer satisfaction.
