Define go-to-market strategy, manage pipeline and deal economics, run the deal desk, lead bids/RFPs, manage vendor/channel partnerships, and represent blueAPACHE externally while maintaining forecast accuracy and CRM integrity.

Manage commercial relationships for a portfolio of MSP clients: build trusted advisor relationships, maintain CRM pipeline, negotiate renewals, provide quotations, run account governance (monthly reports, QBRs), work with Service Delivery to identify risks and opportunities, audit billing, and drive retention and revenue growth.
