Own the full outbound sales cycle for mid-market merchants, including prospecting, pipeline development, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing. Build tailored multi-product solutions, acquire net-new business, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals, forecast accurately in Salesforce, and consistently exceed revenue targets. Collaborate with business development, product, marketing, implementation, and operations teams while serving as a trusted consultative advisor.

Build and operate highly reliable card-issuing systems across authorization, clearing, settlement, fulfillment, provisioning, and disputes. Serve as a technical expert on card-network specifications, protocols, certifications, mandates, and production behavior. Develop production software, certification tooling, and shared frameworks; lead complex cross-team initiatives; work directly with card networks; mentor engineers; apply AI-assisted workflows; and participate in on-call incident response for critical financial systems.

Lead and scale Afterpay’s Australia and New Zealand SMB and Franchise sales organization across BDR, inbound, outbound, and high-touch franchise motions. Own revenue outcomes, sales strategy, playbooks, forecasting, pipeline management, deal negotiations, merchant acquisition, and onboarding. Build high-performing teams, coach leaders, develop cross-functional partnerships, refine value propositions, and represent merchant needs across product, marketing, finance, risk, legal, and engineering.
