Lead technical onboarding and activation for Square's merchants, managing complex implementation projects from discovery and solution validation through deployment. Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success; communicate technical requirements; manage risks, timelines, and resources; support data migration; and translate seller needs into product feedback. The role also drives process improvements using AI-powered automation and requires up to 10% travel.

Own the full outbound sales cycle for SMB merchants, including prospecting, pipeline development, discovery, demos, negotiations, and closing. Build tailored multi-product solutions across Square’s ecosystem, acquire net-new business, manage Salesforce forecasting, collaborate cross-functionally, and consistently achieve revenue targets.

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, and social selling to identify prospective Square merchants. Manage and prioritize a business pipeline, understand merchant needs, communicate Square’s value, qualify opportunities, document activity, and exceed monthly sales quotas.
