Partner with hiring managers to define strategies, proactively source and engage candidates, run structured interviews, build talent pipelines across Australia and the US, improve processes and tools, provide market insights, and strengthen employer brand to ensure a high-quality candidate experience and timely hires.

Owner of privacy and commercial workflows: vendor procurement, privacy and data protection reviews, drafting and negotiating MSAs/DPAs, cross-border transfer compliance, maintaining compliance artifacts, liaising on GDPR and SOC 2, supporting incidents and audits, and building scalable privacy and procurement processes.
