Own field sales across Victoria and southern NSW, building relationships with farmers, qualifying opportunities, running technology demonstrations, proposing and closing contracts, and growing existing accounts. Maintain disciplined CRM, forecasting, and pipeline management while coordinating with commercial, product, and operations teams to ensure customer commitments are deliverable. Frequent regional travel and agricultural customer engagement are central to the role.

Work directly with the General Manager and CEO across sales, discovery, go-to-market experiments, and marketing. Help form and convert the sales funnel while learning how a venture-backed company is sold and built. The role offers significant responsibility, direct feedback, and exposure to AI adoption and safety products for wealth management firms.

Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products for a CX observability platform, from discovery through delivery. Define the AI roadmap, identify valuable use cases, collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams, validate concepts through experimentation, and establish metrics for product impact. The role focuses on AI-driven investigations, issue diagnosis, recommended fixes, runbooks, and collaboration workflows for enterprise contact center operations.
