Senior full‑stack engineer responsible for delivering features, maintaining and improving architecture, collaborating with product/design/dev teams, improving operational excellence, and mentoring teammates while ensuring quality, reliability, and performance.

Own end-to-end product implementation across frontend, backend and data layers. Rapidly prototype, refine and ship AI-native features. Build dashboards and internal tools, translate customer feedback into product, and accelerate platform evolution using AI development tools.

Operate both sides of a two-sided allied-health marketplace: recruit, onboard and manage providers; design and execute user acquisition; build analytical models tracking unit economics; run experiments across supply and demand; drive conversion and retention improvements; manage multiple workstreams and synthesize data into actionable recommendations.

Lead and scale Ornata's commercial function: own pipeline, convert founder-led demand into repeatable sales, qualify customers, set pricing and commercial terms, build CRM/forecasting/reporting, create sales materials, coordinate with operations and engineering, and define the future commercial team and resourcing to hit revenue targets.
