Provide initial outreach to prospects, qualify leads, nurture cold inquiries into sales-ready opportunities, enter prospect data into Salesforce, support marketing campaigns, attend trainings and field sales meetings, and collaborate with sales teams to optimize revenue.

Monitor and investigate security alerts across SIEM, EDR, CSPM, cloud, identity, endpoint, and network sources. Participate in incident response, evidence collection, forensic analysis, remediation, detection engineering, threat intelligence, MITRE ATT&CK mapping, and threat hunting. Use AI-assisted tools and automation to improve triage and response workflows, maintain runbooks and handoff documentation, participate in on-call rotations, and report operational metrics.
