Owns target-state architecture for digital banking channels, including mobile and internet banking, public websites, onboarding, identity, integrations, content, and personalisation. Acts as design authority, defining architecture standards and roadmaps while governing secure, scalable, resilient solutions. Partners with product, engineering, technology, and business stakeholders; ensures regulatory, accessibility, cybersecurity, and operational resilience compliance; and provides architectural guidance, documentation, mentoring, and thought leadership through delivery.

Provide broad in-house legal support across commercial contracts, regulatory and privacy matters, disputes, complaints, AFCA matters, corporate governance, policies, and Board and Committee activities. The role partners with Risk, Compliance, Procurement, Technology, and Operations, delivers legal training, supports regulatory initiatives including APRA requirements, and manages external legal providers when specialized advice is needed.

Develop home lending business across a local region by building community, business, and referral networks. Meet members in flexible community-based settings, understand their financial goals, and provide tailored lending solutions. Generate opportunities across lending, insurance, wealth, and business banking while strengthening member relationships and the bank’s local presence. The role involves consultative sales, relationship management, lead generation, and collaboration with lending support teams.
