Leads financial services compliance across the bank, providing regulatory advice, overseeing the Compliance Advisory team, managing regulatory change, and directing investigations, breach assessments, remediation, and reporting. The role partners with executives, business leaders, regulators, and industry bodies to strengthen compliance frameworks, support strategic initiatives, and improve the organisation’s compliance culture. It also includes coaching and developing a high-performing compliance team.

Supports the bank’s regulatory compliance program by providing practical advice, interpreting Australian banking requirements, managing compliance incidents, supporting regulatory change initiatives, and enhancing compliance frameworks, policies, procedures, and governance. The role also builds stakeholder relationships, promotes compliance awareness, investigates risks, supports remediation and reporting, and contributes to continuous improvement across the organisation.

Lead Beyond Bank’s Victoria region by managing high-performing teams, driving sales, referrals, revenue, member growth, and strategic initiatives. Develop regional business plans, coach direct reports, strengthen member satisfaction, and build relationships with community groups and stakeholders. Ensure operational effectiveness, quality standards, and achievement of regional performance targets across multiple locations.
